II. Target of the study.

Development of a step-by-step control of the substances of a new antiarrhythmic drug Antiarrhythmin from secondary products of Allapinin from the aconite plant, aphrodisiac drug donaxine hydrochloride from the aerial part of the A.donax plant, aconitine alkaloid used as a bioreagent for obtaining models of cardiovascular pathologies in experimental animals, production raw materials, technologies production, methods of qualitative and quantitative control of finished dosage forms.

III. Scientific novelty of the study:

  • Qualitative and quantitative analysis of plants Aconitum leucostomum Worosch and Aconitum septentrionale Koelle, A.donax and Aconitum soongaricum. Creation of a method for the quantitative analysis of the main substances isolated from plants;
  • Standardization of substances extracted from raw materials. Development of quantitative methods for determining the active compounds in drug substances;
  • Standardization of finished dosage forms of drugs Antiarrhythmin and Donaxine hydrochloride. Development of methods for the quantitative determination of active substances contained in the finished dosage form of the drug;
  • Analysis of the industrial technology for the production of medicinal substances Antiarrhythmin, Donaxine hydrochloride and Aconitine alkaloid and development of a step-by-step control method;
  •  Development of temporary pharmacopoeial articles for the above herbal raw materials, the secondary product of Allapinin production (Technical conditions), substances and finished dosage forms and approval in a higher organization (SI "THE CENTER FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS SAFETY" MH RUz);
  • Development of specifications for highly purified alkaloid aconitine (bioreactive) and coordination with higher organizations (SES of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, "LATOXAN" firm, France).

IV. Implementation of research results.

Pharmacopoeia articles for the medicinal substance antiarrhythmin (VFM 42 UZ-3260-2017), antiarrhythmin-standard sample (VFM 42 UZ-3261-2017) have been developed and approved by the SI "THE CENTER FOR PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS SAFETY" MH RUz.

The organization's standards for the bioreactive aconitine (TS 03535440-017:2020), the standard sample of aconitine (TS 03535440-055:2023) and raw materials for production (TS 03535440-052:2023) have been developed and approved by the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Sanitary and Epidemiological welfare and Public Health Protection.

 The results of step-by-step control of the production process of medicinal substances antiarrhythmin, donaxin hydrochloride and the bioreactive aconitine were used to create regulations for the industrial production of these products.
