QUALITY POLICY

The main goal of the certification body is to carry out high-quality certification of fertilizers, pesticides and chemical plant protection products, in full compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents to confirm consumer confidence that the types of products they purchase are of adequate quality and are safe for their life and health.

Objectives of the certification body's quality assurance policy:

- high-quality certification work in full compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents;

- guarantee of objectivity and reliability of the certification results of the applicant’s products;

- continuous improvement of the organization of work carried out by the body for certification of fertilizers, pesticides and chemical plant protection products of the IHRV AS RUz.

The implementation of the certification body's quality policy is achieved by using:

- regulatory framework (state and international standards, guidelines, organizational and methodological documentation on the rules and procedures for product certification, job descriptions of the personnel of the body for certification of fertilizers, pesticides and chemical plant protection products at the IHRV AS RUz, RK);

- material and technical base providing accommodation and necessary working conditions for personnel;

- qualified and competent personnel to carry out certification work, evaluate and document its results;

- moral and material incentives for the personnel of the body for certification of fertilizers, pesticides and chemical plant protection products at the IHRV of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The policy in the field of ensuring the quality of certification work is formed by the head of the certification body.

The quality of work is ensured by the presence of:

- qualified personnel;

- Necessary and sufficient organizational structure of the OS, which includes:

•Head of the certification body;

•Deputy head of the certification body;

•Specialists;

- Departments of the Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensuring the functioning of the Certification Body;

- Agreements with testing centers accredited in the prescribed manner;

- A constantly updated fund of regulatory documentation for the entire range of products, methods of analysis declared in the field of accreditation, as well as foreign data related to products included in the scope of activity of the Certification Body (foreign standards, specifications, company prospectuses, contracts, etc.);

- An established procedure for certification and interaction between the certification body and other participants, providing for:

• analysis of the state of production of the manufacturing enterprise;

• inspection control over compliance with the requirements for certified products;

• recording information about complaints and claims for certified products, which are received by the certification body from customers and other legal entities and individuals;

• systematic internal quality checks.
