- . The aim of the study Is isolation of cycloartan triterpenoids from Tragacantha stipulosa, A. filicaulis and A. janischewskyi, of the Astragalus growing in the flora of Uzbekistan, study of their chemical structure and biological activity.
III. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research is as follows:
for the first time, 15 cycloartan substances were isolated from the aerial parts of the plants Tragacantha stipulosa, A. filicaulis and A. janischewskyi and their chemical structure was established using physicochemical methods of the research;
8 cycloartan compounds were isolated from Tragacantha stipulosa Boriss plants, 3 of them turned out to be new natural substances not described in the literature;
for the first time, two individual triterpenoids of the cycloartan series were isolated from A. filicaulis plants;
the structures of the 12 cycloartan compounds previously known in the literature isolated from the above plants were identified for the first time;
it was found that the sums of cycloartans from plants A. filicaulis and A. janischewskyi have cardiotropic properties;
IV. Implementation of research results. Based on the scientific results obtained in the study of triterpenoids of the cycloartan series of plants Tragacantha stipulosa, A. filicaulis and A. janischewskyi:
- the textbook "Organic Chemistry" was published (order No. 166 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialised Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 13, 2022) for students of Russian groups of technical universities, the paths of various reactions isolated from plants and synthetic substances in laboratory conditions, theoretical concepts, and questions and tasks after each topic.
- scientific articles published based on the results of the research used in the journals Natural Product Reports, 2005, V. 22, 487-503, Sci Journal, IF 13.479, Phytochemistry, 2010, V. 71, 2182-2186, Sci Journal, IF 3.992, Tetrahedron, V. 64, 5061-5071, Sci Journal, IF 2.393, and Journal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2022, V. 24, 884-890, Sci Journal, IF 1.466with a high impact factor included in the Scopus database.
-published a monograph "Cycloartan triterpenoids" (considered and recommended for publication by the Council of Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh in Protocol No. 5/4.5 dated 01/06/2023), which collected and summarised world scientific material over the past 10 years, used 1D and 2D NMR spectral data to prove the structure of cycloartan triterpenoids isolated from Tragacantha stipulosa, A. filicaulis and A. janischewskyi and more than 100 triterpene compounds of the cycloartan series isolated from plants, as well as information on the biological activity of these plants, made it possible to enrich the field of compounds with new information on the phytochemical composition of plants;
