II. The purpose of the study Is the isolation of substances of highly purified local sweeteners from the above-ground part of the plant Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni, cultivated in the regions of our republic, as well as the development of technology for obtaining the drug Cappaspin, which has a wide range of stimulating properties, from the buds and unripe fruits of the plant Capparis spinosa L.

III. Scientific novelty of the research:

- a qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples of the above-ground part of the Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni plant, separated in various regions of our republic, was carried out, and it was found that all samples contain 15-20% diterpene glycosides by weight, and that they are economically viable sources for the production of natural sweeteners that replace sugar - Sweetlife-I, Sweetlife-II substances;

- for the first time in our country, a technology was developed for extracting diterpene glycosides from the above-ground part of the Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni plant, separated in our country, using an aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol (75-85%) and a liquid-liquid purification method;

the developed technology for isolating diterpene glycosides from the above-ground parts of the cultivated plant Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni allows us to obtain two new products - intelligent sweeteners Sweetlife-I and Sweetlife-II;

- the first technology of the substance Kappaspin from the buds and immature flowering plants of Capparis spinosa L. was created by preliminary treatment used for the treatment of impurities with an ethyl alcohol solution with water extraction and precipitation;

- as a result of studying all the technological processes for obtaining the substances Sweetlife-I, Sweetlife-II and Kappaspin from plant transition, their optimal modes were developed, step-by-step control of the technological processes of production were developed and an increase in the output of finished products from plant raw materials was achieved in accordance with their shelf life at the enterprise (Sweetlife-I, Sweetlife-II 88%, Kappaspin 70-72%);

- based on the production technologies developed at the Pilot Production Enterprise of the Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances, a semi-industrial unit for the production of substances Sweetlife-I, Sweetlife-II, Kappaspin from raw materials was created. The production technologies developed on the unit were finalized. Several initial samples of substances were made in order to determine their sweetness by taste to sugar, to study their pharmacotoxicological properties, to develop normative and technical documentation; - technical conditions and technological instructions based on organic sweeteners Sweetlife-I, Sweetlife-II and biologically active dosage Kappaspin were developed and approved by the "Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Change of Population and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

IV. Implementation of the research results.

Based on the results of scientific research on the creation of rational technologies for the production of natural sweeteners Sweetlife-I, Sweetlife-II and the biologically active supplement Kappaspin:

The organization standard Ts 03535440-041:2022 and technological instruction TI-03535440-041:2021 for the feed additive Sweetlife-I have been developed and approved by the “Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan”;

The standard of the organization Ts 03535440-042:2021 for the natural sweetener Sweetlife-II was approved by the “Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, which made it possible to standardize the finished product;

The biologically active supplement Kappaspin, which has a wide range of stimulating properties, has been approved by the superior organization with the standard of the organization Ts 03535440-044:2022 and the technological instruction TI-03535440-049:2022. This made it possible to implement these substances on a device created on the basis of the Experimental Production Enterprise of the Institute of Plant Chemistry.
