II. The purpose of the study. Development of technology for the production of plant growth stimulants «Roslin», «Uglin» and seed protectant «Dorilin»  based on lignocellulose waste from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

III. Scientific novelty of the research:

the influence of technological conditions on the process of chemical and physical effects on the solubility of hydrolyzed lignins of rice husk, sawdust, and husk of cotton seeds has been established, and the conditions for their maximum conversion into a soluble form have been selected;

the chemical composition of lignocellulose waste of A. leucostomum, G. glabra and T. alterniflora has been established by analytical pyrolysis and biochemical analysis, on the basis of which the use of waste as an alternative raw material for the production of plant growth stimulants has been proposed for the first time;

for the first time, chemical transformations of lignin from the roots of A. leucostomum and G. glabra, the aboveground part of T. alterniflora, have been proven during combined acid-base exposure in a liquid medium;

the theoretical foundations of resource-saving complex waste processing of medicinal plants have been developed, which make it possible to obtain water-soluble lignin products with growth-stimulating activity in a single technological process;

optimal conditions for the copolymerization of nitrolignin with hydrolyzed nitron have been established, which allowed the development of agrochemical preparations, «Roslin» which has a growth-stimulating property of plants, and «Dorilin» is a seed protectant.

has been developed «Uglin» - a new plant growth stimulator that is based on a composition of water-soluble nitrolignin and polysaccharides from G. triacanthos seeds.

IV. Implementation of the research results.

Based on the scientific results obtained on the development of technologies for the production of plant growth stimulants «Roslin», «Uglin», and the seeds protectant «Dorilin» from lignocellulose waste, the following regulatory and technical documents were obtained:

the patent of the Agency for Intellectual Property of the Republic of Uzbekistan was obtained for the seeds protectant «Dorilin» (No. IAP 03644, 2008). The results of scientific research made it possible to develop a new seed protectant for the pre-sowing treatment of cotton, wheat and rice seeds;

the organization's standard Ts 03535440-002:2020 for the «Roslin» Plant Growth Stimulator 10% aqueous solution was developed and registered with «O'ZSTANDART AGENTLIGI» (registration No. 112/0011229 dated 12/30/2020). As a result, it became possible to produce the agrochemical drug Roslin, intended as a regulator of plant growth and development;

the organization's standard Ts 03535440-08:2020 for «Dorilin» 10% aqueous solution was developed and registered with «O'ZSTANDART AGENTLIGI» (registration No. 112/0011230 dated 12/30/2020). The results of scientific research have made it possible to introduce into agriculture a low-toxic, safe agrochemical preparation intended as a plant growth regulator and a fungicide for the seed protection of cotton and grain;

the organization's standard Ts 03535440-041:2020 for the plant growth stimulator «Uglin» 10% aqueous solution was developed and registered with «O'ZSTANDART AGENTLIGI» (registration No. 112/0011228 dated 12/30/2020). As a result of the conducted research, it was possible to introduce a new plant growth and development regulator based on water-soluble lignin of A. leucostomum, T. alterniflora, G. glabra and polysaccharides of G. triacanthos seeds;

biological field tests of agrochemical preparations «Roslin», «Dorilin», «Uglin» were carried out on cotton (Acts of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, dated September 25, 2018). It was found that the developed agrochemical preparations are effective even in saline soil conditions.
